Not working and crashing on iPhone 5

It doesnt work on iPad mini crashed first time I opened it

Seems to work on iPod touch 3 trying it right now on iPod 4

Poor design. Wouldnt shift from portrait to landscape.

What a disappointment and waste of my money! The clock displays my town two hours slow. Surely there must be some setting that will allow me to correct the time display. If I pay for an app I expect it to work correctly.

It was not able to find wether details for my city. Constantly complain the city is incorrect input. never had this problem with any other wether app.
